PRICING

Our pricing is a general guideline and final pricing varies with each client based on variables  such as hair length, thickness and design. We want you to leave our salon feeling amazing and would be happy to provide a complimentary consultation for any pricing inquiries. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand emergencies happen and sometimes life gets crazy, and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can. If bookings are repeatedly cancelled without notice, we will treat your further bookings as no shows.

NO SHOWS

If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment, then 50% of your service booked will be charged  to your next service invoice at your next visit. 

LATE APPOINTMENTS

Please be mindful of our time and our upcoming clients. If you are going to be late for your appointment, please call to see if we can still accommodate you. If there is insufficient time to do so, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment
